wallet login

Snow-Fall uses wallet login instead of email and password.

The goal is simple: prove that you control a wallet address without giving the application access to your funds.

How wallet login works

1. Snow-Fall creates a temporary login message.

2. Your wallet displays the message for approval.

3. You sign the message in your wallet.

4. Snow-Fall verifies the signature.

5. A session is created for your browser.

This login signature does not send a blockchain transaction. It does not cost gas.

What you should see in your wallet

Your wallet should show a message asking you to authenticate with Snow-Fall Multisig Dashboard.

Before approving, check that:

  • the request comes from the expected Snow-Fall domain;
  • the message is only for login;
  • the wallet address is the one you intend to use;
  • there is no request for a seed phrase or private key.
  • What Snow-Fall stores

    Snow-Fall may store:

  • your public wallet address;
  • your public key;
  • wallet provider name;
  • session information;
  • audit events related to login.
  • Snow-Fall does not store your private key or seed phrase.

    Session behavior

    A session lets you use the dashboard without signing a login message on every page.

    You may need to sign in again when:

  • your session expires;
  • you log out;
  • the application is restarted or sessions are cleared;
  • you switch browser or device.
  • Safety notes

    Never enter your seed phrase into Snow-Fall or any website. A legitimate Snow-Fall login only asks your wallet to sign a message.

    If your wallet shows an unexpected transaction instead of a login message, reject it and review the site URL.
