Missing public key

Reconnect wallet and retry key discovery for the selected chain.

Signer not a member

Confirm the signer is part of the multisig configuration.

Payload hash mismatch

Do not sign. Re-open and review the transaction source.

Duplicate signature

A signer can only approve once per transaction payload.

Stale account sequence

Recreate the transaction with fresh on-chain account data.

No RPC configured

Configure RPC for the target chain and retry.

Broadcast failed

Check chain status, fee/gas values, and account sequence.

Wrong chain

Switch to the correct chain before signing or broadcasting.
